My artistic practice is rooted in the belief that art has the power to connect people across cultures, experiences, and backgrounds. I am especially drawn to the transformation of discarded and recycled materials often finding beauty and meaning in objects that are overlooked or thrown away. Through painting, printmaking, and mixed media, I explore how reused materials can carry stories, memories, and histories while also encouraging conversations about sustainability and care for the environment. By giving materials a second life, I aim to create work that reflects renewal and the interconnectedness between people and the world around them. I view art as a universal language that allows individuals from different cultural backgrounds to communicate outside of words.
